- Phone answered by live technically qualified help desk technician who tries to assist the customer on the first touch.
- Help Desk ticket submission by internet/phone/fax/email.
- Ability to monitor help desk ticket status via the internet.
- Help Desk tickets audited for quality control.
- Weekly and Monthly help desk reviews for customers who have dedicated help desk service.
- Guaranteed response times for ticket criticality and severity levels.
- After hours call available (up to 24x7) if scheduled in advance or contracted for.
- Certified help desk technicians.
- We work with existing IT personnel, consultants and 3rd party vendors.
- We are willing to become certified on equipment we are supporting if that certification does not exist and is important.
- For dedicated support contracts we provide critical spare parts inventory on site, and will coordinate and order spares as necessary.
- For on call support contracts we coordinate and order spare parts as necessary.
- Wellness checks on archive backups, servers, workstations and printers.
- Adminstration of user security and access.
